His professional and scholarly contributions reflect a sustained commitment to advancing evaluation theory and practice, developing quality assurance frameworks in higher education, and promoting evidence-based policy and learning.

Fluent in Swedish, Persian, and English, he combines methodological rigor with a nuanced understanding of educational and organizational contexts. His expertise spans both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, and he has led numerous national and international evaluation projects addressing academic performance, pedagogical innovation, and institutional reform.

In recent years, his work has focused on bridging the gap between theory and practice in evaluation, with a particular emphasis on the use of evaluation as a tool for learning, reflection, and societal development. He is currently finalizing a comprehensive handbook on evaluation — a practical guide designed to support both practitioners and students — which synthesizes decades of research experience, pedagogical engagement, and international collaboration.
